They said this day would never come. They said that Duke would never kick ass again. Well, it's safe to say; they were wrong!*guitar riff*

I am really excited for this news, despite the reputation DNF has, I feel optimistic. Obviously an actual release date will probably be held off until the product is practically ready for shipping, but the fact it's being worked on at all has me foaming at the mouth in anticipation! If you don't know: Duke Nukem Forever has been in the works.....well, forever! It started development in 1996 and has since changed hands three times. Over the years many release dates were promised; and it was not delivered. It has become a sort of symbol of games that never get released, or are delayed to ridiculous degrees. Many people even use it as a metaphor for an impossibly long time:

"Yea, i'll finish that report for you. Right around the time Duke Nukem Forever is released!"

While many remain skeptical I, for one, await my old friend with bated breath!
