Yotsuba is honestly something I cant understand someone-ANYONE disliking.
If you havent read Yotsuba, do yourself a favor and read that shit. It is everything wonderful about children, the awe and wonder of seeing everything for the first time. If you can read a few chapters without getting at least a few huge grins you are probably not human. I cant imagine the worst thugs and gangsters in the world not laughing their asses off at yotsuba.
So, give it a shot if you havent, and if you have, let's talk about it!!
I cant remember where I left off, but im pretty sure im not current. Last thing I remember is them going to an appliance store and Yotsuba shaving off Jumbo's beard
That's the last one I've seen too Mash, have they even come out with anything more? I think Yotsuba needs to be an anime more than azumanga ever did
I can't really imagine yotsuba with a voice, seems weird.
That voice exists, though. It's out there somwhere. I just hope they don't try to get someone like Ikue Ohtani.
Awww I haven't read Yotsuba in ages, but it really does pull me right up when I'm low. So much love <3 But haha I wouldn't say Ikue would be completely off, I mean I can think of A LOT worse kids-voices-VAs they could take that would make me turn it off and never watch it again. ^^

I have vols. 1-7 except 5 in japanese, and I'm practically reading them as we speak. Except I'm not, 'cause I'm trying to keep up with all of you posting like hell :P
Anyways, she is awesome, and I actually laughed hard the first time she rode the bus (vol 3) on their way to pick up flowers. It is probably the single most hilarious and yotsuba-like moment I've come across so far.
