Also, Peace Walker as a PSP exclusive? That just seems lazy. Handheld development cycles are generally shorter and less expensive, so Kojima has been justifying to himself that Peace Walker belongs on PSP by saying that it will just be the best PSP game...

I love my psp! I recently bought littlebigplanet and it makes me feel good. Dissidia is a pretty well balanced game, the gameplay is fun and never too tedious. However, the story is kinda weak and the dialogue is even sappier than kingdom hearts 2 and makes a lot less sense. It's still nice to see main characters from ff1-10, even if you havent played all of them.

Don't forget FFXI, dipshit. That one taru lady is there.

From what I hear, yes, you should definitely get LBP.

It's supposed to be exactly what a portable version of LBP should be, and if that sort of thing appeals to you, then this is probably a game you'll want.

Since I have Little Big Planet on the PS3, I just have to throw in my opinion here.

I really don't like LBP.
I havn't even bothered to finish it, as the controls are weird, viewing-angles are horrible and it seems to focus on everything but actual gameplay.
Some say that's the point, make your own Sackboy(s), build your own levels, build your own game, yak-yak-yak.
I don't like it. Should prolly have read more into it before I bought it, instead of just listening to people said about it.

If it looks interesting to you, it probably is. But the Jokerit says 'nay' to that kind of game. =I

Well, I would love it. Because I love platformers.

I do not own a PSP- but I do own PS3 and I was never really interested in LBP, it just didn't strike my fancy. I'm really picky with my video games. I think LBP was just as bad as Halo 3 was for me. I don't enjoy playing the online Halo because I die in like 2 seconds flat and I always had a delayed reaction of "WTF just happened?" seriously. I mean I played Gears of War 2 all the time with many advanced experienced players and I outlived many of them. I mostly enjoy playing games at my own pace, and I like a game that is already completed, I am not interested in creating my own platforms and stuff. Character design is great, but I already want the world to be created. That was the problem with Halo, fun to play by yourself (although storyline was terrible). But def made for online play. And I think LBP was made exclusively for people who enjoy creating their own worlds and levels. I guess it comes back to everyone's personal preferences.

i don't have a PSP yet. I have to buy one though. i mean. Crisis Core is an enough reason to buy it, and yet there's so much more besides that!

if you do get one, dl crisis core w/ jap audio and eng text. it's SO worth it. <3

PSP is region free on games, not on movies, but I don't think you'll watch any movies with it anyway D:

Uh, uh, I have a PSP as well, although I only have FF7: Crisis Core (my original reason for getting it) and MHFU. Crisis Core is definitely a great experience if you love FF7, gameplay is simple but relatively elegant, graphics are extremely beautiful, story and cutscenes are to die for.

If you like slightly grindy games (like myself), Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is very lovely as well, albeit time-consuming and, as I said, somewhat grindy. Can play it online if you have a PS3 (via Adhoc Party), though.

Man I have only finished two games on my Psp. Those are Crisis Core and Castlevania The Dracula X Chronicles (awesome game). I tried some MGS but it sucked on a hand held.

This is stupid.
Why would they make it for the NGP? ...................... to make money off the NGP, duh. But WHYYYYYYYYYY make it half-assed on it, when they could make it GLORIOUSLY on the PS3?

Nah. Hate to say it, but now that they've waited this long, they might as well wait a couple of more years and make it for the PS4.

Out of curiosity, what is the PS4 going to have that will be different?

Naaah, but it'd help boost the new platform.

Except I'm not so sure Sony wants to make a new platform, they're bringing their games to other platforms right now. Depending on the results, the NGP may be the last system we see from them.

PS4 is certainly coming, just probably not for another 2 years or so.
